You could make an appointment at least 4 hours before the appointment if there is still place. Please cancel your appointment 12 hours before your appointment if necessary. If for some reason you do need to cancel your appointment, but it is already less 12 hours before the appointment time, you could no longer cancel it on line, please call or send a message (+32 476 40 88 69) to let us know that you cannot come to the appointment, but unfortunately you will need to pay a certain fee.
